چکیده

Among wild relatives of wheat, Aegilops species are ideal genetic resources for the discovery new characteristics such as resistance to environmental stresses and even grain quality wheat improvement. Hence, knowledge population structure diversity this germplasm is very important their conservation further utilization. In present study, 80 accessions including Ae. tauschii, cylindrica triuncialis were investigated using SCoT CBDP markers. Eight SCOT twelve primers amplified a total 84 94 fragments with mean 10.50 7.83 per primer, respectively. Resolving power (Rp) varied between 6.04 11.65, 13.08 28.02, polymorphic information content (PIC) from 0.40 0.49 0.35 0.48, The results analysis molecular variance (AMOVA) indicated that highest proportion referred species. high values all informativeness parameter (except resolving power) than across tested accessions. However, higher parameters primers. As result, maximum number effective alleles (Ne), Nei?s gene (H) Shannon?s index (I) detected in markers, Cluster based on those system grouped into three main clusters. grouping pattern observed by more clear phylogenetic relationship among some species, so PCoA?s confirmed pattern. conclusion, it was displayed good efficiency depicting polymorphism accessions, however, markers provided evaluated use determining estimating other plant recommended.

Twenty-four start codon targeted (SCoT) markers were used to assess genetic diversity and population structure of indigenous, introduced and domesticated ramie (Boehmeria nivea L. Gaudich.). A total of 155 genotypes from five populations were investigated for SCoT polymorphism, which produced 136 amplicons with 87.5% polymorphism. Polymorphism information content and resolving power of the SCoT...

Potential of Start Codon Targeted (SCoT) markers to estimate genetic diversity and relationships among Chinese Elymus sibiricus accessions.

Elymus sibiricus as an important forage grass and gene pool for improving cereal crops, that is widely distributed in West and North China. Information on its genetic diversity and relationships is limited but necessary for germplasm collection, conservation and future breeding. Start Codon Targeted (SCoT) markers were used for studying the genetic diversity and relationships among 53 E. sibiri...
